Import User Settings from 2025

From the Menu use: Tools > Import User Information from Last Year’s Program

Import User Information is available in eForms Standard & eForms Enterprise only
Available only to the user logged in to eForms as ADMIN

This tool enables the ADMIN user to import 2025 eForms user settings into eForms 2026.

The first screen describes the user settings data that will be imported from 2025 eForms.

Import User Information from eForms 2025 - Search

The second screen lets you specify the location of the file containing the 2025 eForms user settings; as well as giving instructions on how to locate this file.

Once a valid user settings file has been selected you can click on the Next button to complete the import. NOTE: For best results in a network environment, ensure that no other users are logged into eForms before proceeding.
