Upgrading eForms

After you've purchased AvanTax eForms, you might find out that you'd like to benefit from the enhanced features included in a higher version of eForms.

If this happens to you, don't worry, we've got you covered! Just contact our order desk and let us know the eForms version you want to upgrade to. You will pay only the cost difference between your purchase and the more powerful version that you're upgrading to.

And if you've already purchased eForms Enterprise, you have the best eForms available!

Downgrading eForms

You can also contact our order desk if you need to downgrade to a lower eForms version with fewer features and capabilities. You will be refunded the cost difference between your purchase and the lower version that you're downgrading to.

Returning eForms

After you've purchased AvanTax eForms, you have a three day grace period in which to change your mind.

If you decide within the three day grace period that you would like to return AvanTax eForms, and you have not used eForms to prepare tax information slips or XML files, contact our order desk to receive a full refund of your payment (excluding shipping charges, if any).

Since we're constantly improving eForms, we will ask for the reason for your return in case you've found something that we could do to make eForms even better.

Return requests received after the three day grace period will not be approved.

Purchasing AvanTax eForms indicates agreement to these terms.
