All versions of AvanTax Auto include free, unlimited technical support, in both French and English, for the duration of your annual user license. If you have a problem expert help is only an email or phone call away.
Email Technical Support is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST and Saturday as conditions permit.
Telephone Technical Support is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
