Data Confidentiality

AvanTax Filing Services will never violate the security of your data or the privacy of your employees. Under no circumstance will AvanTax Filing Services share confidential information (including names, addresses and Social Insurance Numbers) with any third party.

AvanTax Filng Services will never move client data from our servers or host client data on any systems other than our servers. All client data on our servers will be stored exclusively in encrypted storage.

AvanTax Filing Services will provide the client with a data archive upon completion of the work we have been contracted to perform. Upon client confirmation of receipt, AvanTax Filing Services will delete all related client data from our servers.

AvanTax Filing Services will not accept data submitted by email. Data submitted to us by any means other than through our Secure Client Portal will be deleted upon receipt.

Statistical information obtained by AvanTax Fiilng Services (such as client name, client location, type of slips, number of returns and services purchased) will be used solely for the purposes of market analysis and product improvement.
