Once you've submitted your data file to our encrypted Secure Client Portal, your data will be kept secure. Here's how we do that:

Your data will be moved into secure storage immediately upon submission
Your data will be seen only by members of our data processing team
Your data will be accessible only from a restricted list of IP addresses
Your data will be removed from our servers upon job completion
Your data will never be used for any purpose other than to provide the services you have requested
Your data will never be stored anywhere other than in secure storage on our restricted access servers
