Data Entry Defaults

From the Home Screen use: User Setup > User Settings > Data Entry
From the Menu use: Setup > User Settings > Data Entry

User Settings - Data Entry Defaults - T4 Displayed

Use the Data Entry page to configure the active data fields for the default forms included with all eForms versions:

• CRA - T4, T4A, & T5
• Revenu Québec - Relevé 1 & Relevé 3

As you enter slip information and TAB from one field to the next, it may not be necessary to enter information into each field; some may be left blank or contain a default value. This page lets you place a check mark beside each box where you want the cursor to stop, and remove the check mark from beside any box where you do not wish the cursor to stop.
