Company Filing Status Report
From the Home Screen use: 2. Companies > Company Reports > Company Filing Status
From the Menu use: Company > Reports > Company Filing Status
The Filing Status report displays a list of the filing status of the selected return types for the selected companies filtered by filing status.

Use the Company Selection dialog to select the companies for which to prepare reports.
Filing Status
Any or all of the following status levels can be included in the Filing Status report
Not Required - No return is required
Need Return - A return is required
Entered - Return data has been entered into eForms
Checked - Return datahas been checked
Filed - The return has been filed with the CRA and/or Revenu Québec
Once you have made the desired selections, you can click on the Refresh” button to display the filing status for the selected employers in the lower half of the screen; the Print button will then become active, allowing you to prepare the report.
Buttons
Print - Click this button to create the report, the report will open in your defaul PDF viewer, from which you can print or save it as desired
Refresh - Incorporates any additions, deletions or changes made to the company list or to the slips since the dialog was opened
Global Set - Opens a dialog by which you can set the filing status for all selected return types for all selected companies
Company Filing Status - Global Set
Set status to Need Return … - Set the status to Need Return for any selected return whose status IS NOT Entered, Checked or Filed
Set status to Entered … - Set the status to Entered for any selected return whose status IS NOT Checked or Filed
Remove all filing status information … - Removes ALL filing status data for ALL selected returns
