Change Your Authorization Code

From the Menu use: Setup > Change Authorization Code

This tool is available to all users of eForms Basic and to users of eForms Standard and eForms Enterprise logged in as ADMIN. Use this feature to remove the current authorization code and enter a new one; such as to upgrade from one version of eForms to another. NOTE: Use of this tool WILL NOT affect any existing data files you may have.

Change Authorization Code

Yes - Click to delete the existing authorization code and close eForms. You will be asked to enter an authorization code the next time you start eForms
No - Click to close the tool and return to eForms without making any changes
