From the Home Screen use: Help > More > Remote Support Session From the Menu use: Help > Remote Support Session
This will open the technical support page on the eForms website in your default Internet browser, where you can use the Remote Connect button to initiate a remote connection session with our technical support team. NOTE: Use the Remote Connect button ONLY when advised to do so by one of our technical support team.
In the event that security settings in place on your systems prevent eForms from opening a connection to the Internet, here’s the link to start an eForms Remote Support Session.
