Edit Contact Information
From the Home Screen use: 3. Forms and Data > Make Global Changes > Edit Contact Information
From the Menu use: Tools > Global Changes > Contact Information
Use this tool to modify the contact information on the summaries of any return types for any companies in the current data file.
Changes made using this tool CAN NOT be undone; we recommend that you use “Backup Data File” to create a backup of your data file before proceeding.
Global Changes - Edit Contact Information
Use the Company Selection dialog to select the companies for which to prepare reports.ed in this process.
Summaries to be Changed
Select All - Selects all return types; ALL summaries in ALL selected return types will be changed
Clear All - Clears the selection
New Contact Information
First name - The contact first name will be changed as indicated on all selected summaries when Change is checked
Last name - The contact last name will be changed as indicatedon all selected summaries when Change is checked
Area code - The contact area code will be changed as indicatedon all selected summaries when Change is checked
Phone number - The contact phone number will be changed as indicated on all selected summaries when Change is checked
Extension - The contact phone extension will be changed as indicated on all selected summaries when Change is checked
New Certification Information
Name - The certification name will be changed as indicated on all selected summaries when Change is checked
Position - The certification position will be changed as indicatedon all selected summaries when Change is checked
Area code - The certification area code will be changed as indicatedon all selected summaries when Change is checked
Phone number - The certification phone number will be changed as indicated on all selected summaries when Change is checked
Extension - The certification phone extension will be changed as indicated on all selected summaries when Change is checked

Apply - Apply the selected option to ALL summaries of all selected return types for ALL selected companies in the current data file
