Merging Two Companies into a New Company

From the Home Screen use: 2. Companies > Manage companies > Merge companies
From the Menu use: File > Company > Manage companies > Merge companies

Use Merge Companies to merge two companies from either the current data file or two different data files into a third company in any other eForms 2025 data file.

Company 1

Data file - Browse to the folder containing the data file of the first merge company
Company - Select the name of the first merge company

Company 2

Data file - Browse to the folder containing the data file of the second merge company
Company - Select the name of the second merge company

New Company

Data file - Browse to the folder containing the data file of the merged company; you must create the data file if it does not already exist
Company - Enter the name to be given to the merged company

Press the “Merge” button to merge the companies into a company in the target data file.

Changes made using this tool cannot be undone unless you use “Backup Data File” to create a backup before proceeding.
