Network Installation
We're Novell and Microsoft authorized. We can install your network's hardware and software, cabling, tape drives, server hard drives, and fax servers. We can upgrade workstations and provide expert support when needed. Many network problems are related to cabling. We can quickly and accurately diagnose your cabling integrity and make recommendations. We can analyze your network and give expert advice on the most cost-effective way to increase its performance.

Network Support
Not everyone with a network has the expertise (or the time!) to administer it effectively. We have the equipment and the technical resources to keep your network running efficiently and maintain it in optimal working order, including watching for security issues and ensuring that adequate backup is being taken. We can even administer your network remotely over the internet or a telephone line to minimize disruption to your operations.

Training
We provide task-oriented training at your office. Training is far more effective in familiar surroundings, using the actual equipment that your staff uses on a daily basis. People absorb much more when the training is specifically related to the tasks that they want to accomplish. General courses cover many broad topics, and the specific task you have in mind may not get addressed. We will cover the relevant, specific topics, working with you to accomplish your job. Because we train at your office, as many people as you like can attend without additional charge. We suit your schedule.

Hardware Repairs
We repair all makes and models of computers, including printers and other peripherals. We can provide loaner equipment if required, so you can keep on going, even while waiting for a part. Usually we can repair your equipment right at your office, to reduce disruption and maximize convenience.

Hardware Sales
We sell (and maintain) computers, printers, monitors, networks, cabling, memory upgrades, and other peripherals. We provide expert and objective advice on upgrades, and system planning. Competitively priced hardware is delivered and professionally installed at your request. We also research and evaluate products for you.

Software Sales
We sell - and fully support - all the popular software packages: Microsoft, Lotus, Novell, Corel (Word Perfect), MAS 90, AccPac, Intuit (QuickBooks), and many, many others.

Accounting Software
We are experts in accounting software - not only do we sell and support several major packages, but we have our own proprietary accounting programs which we can use if a situation simply doesn't fit the normal pattern. And with our sister accounting firm, Norton McMullen and Co., LLP, we can provide whatever you need, from simple bookkeeping through automating your systems, to advanced management consulting.
