Single User Version
The AvanTax Auto Single User Version ships with a site license permitting any number of your staff to make use of the software for the low price of $99.00. The Single User Version allows only one user into AvanTax Auto at a time.
Network Version
The AvanTax Auto Network Version extends the capability of AvanTax Auto by granting multiple networked users concurrent access to the AvanTax Auto software. The Network Version of AvanTax Auto includes a site license allowing unlimited use of AvanTax at your location. All this for only $139.00!
Plus! Version
The AvanTax Auto Plus! Version adds to the usefulness of the Network Version by adding the ability to import and export data. AvanTax Auto Plus! Version makes importing and exporting data quick and easy. Here are some examples of how you can save time and ensure accuracy by using the import and export:
- Import employee records from your payroll system
- Add new vehicles or update lease rates with information provided by your leasing company
- Import kilometres driven and reimbursements made for the year
- Export the Taxable Benefits Summary to use as input for T4s and RL-1s
- Export the Taxable Benefits per Pay Period to use as input to payroll deductions for the coming year
- Make global changes to any employee or vehicle field
Data is imported from and exported to CSV files, which can be used by Excel and many other spreadsheet programs.
